The Ribeye is also known as “the beauty steak” for a reason. This cut has impressive, dense marbling, but it does more than just look pretty. Hand-cut from the Prime Rib, our Ribeye is tremendously robust and flavorful. We like our Ribeye grilled, pan seared or roasted, but always served medium rare.
