Mosner Family Brands fabricates all orders in a USDA-inspected facility. Our meat is hand-selected and hand-cut to order, which guarantees freshness and quality. Mosner Family Brands’ products are shipped individually sealed in air-tight vacuum-packaged bags. Your order will arrive in an insulated shipping container that is chilled with gel packs. Our packages are designed to withstand up to 48 hours of non-refrigerated transit time to their destinations.

Order Processing

Once received, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In order to ensure that our products arrive to your door with the utmost freshness, our meat is shipped via Periship, a FedEx partner specializing in the shipment of perishable items. 

Mosner Family Brands ships orders Monday-Thursday.

Order Confirmation, Tracking and Delivery

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Mosner Family Brands with the details of your purchase. You will receive a second e-mail when your order ships, which will provide shipping and tracking information. Your order can be tracked at FedEx.com using the tracking number supplied in the e-mail. We ask that you keep your Mosner Family Brands account information accurate and current to ensure that you receive all e-mail communication.

We keep a signature waiver on file with FedEx so that the driver will always leave your package at your shipping address, even if someone is not home to sign for it. This ensures that FedEx does not "hold" your highly perishable meat products. Our packages are designed to withstand up to 48 hours of transit time without refrigeration.

Shipping Limitations

Shipping is limited to the continental 48 States and the District of Columbia. International orders cannot be filled at this time.

We have worked hard with our partners at PeriShip to provide the most cost effective shipping options possible. The table below can be used to calculate your shipping cost.

Zone 3: AL, IA, IL, IN, KY, OH, MI, NC, SC, TN, WI

Zone 4: AR, FL, GA, KS, LA, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, OK, SD

Zone 5: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, WA, WY,TX, UT

Not Available: AK, HI, International. No Sunday or Monday deliveries.

Upon delivery, perishable items should be removed from the shipping container and placed in refrigeration immediately. Our products should be stored in their original vacuum packaging and consumed within 7 days for the optimal eating experience.

If you choose to freeze your meat items, we recommend consuming products within the following timeframes:

- Beef: 6 Months

- Lamb and Veal: 3-4 Months

- Pork and Poultry: 3 Months

Return Policy and Limitations of Liability

Mosner Family Brands asks that you do not return product without explicit consent from a company representative. Returns without authorization will not be accepted under any circumstances.  Any product-related issues must be reported to Mosner Family Brands within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. Mosner Family Brands will not be responsible for any claims submitted after this time. All products are understood to be perishable and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that delivered products are received and refrigerated immediately upon arrival. Mosner Family Brands is not responsible for products that are refused at the time of delivery. Product issues will be addressed on a case by case basis.
